Attorney Jessica Milling
Jessica Milling is a member of the California State Bar and is licensed to practice in all California courts and the United States Federal District Courts in the greater Bay Area and Sacramento.
A Kentucky native, Jessica graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor's of Arts in Philosophy with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She attended law school at the University of Louisville where she was actively involved as Student Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Education. Jessica also enjoyed volunteering in the legal community helping low income families receive divorce and custody mediation services, as well as volunteering with the self-help divorce clinics.
Since moving to California in 2009, Jessica has enjoyed exploring all the Bay Area has to offer with her husband and daughter. Jessica is a member of the Contra Costa County Bar Association's Bankruptcy section and other personal organizations around the Bay Area.
